Yeah Wattage is everything but anyways look
I tried all of these

^Amber Orange 7440 7443 Cree Q5 + 12-SMD Turn Signal Lights

1st one is the best one, so bright
2nd one sucks
3rd one, I didn't get the point lol, soooo low

Thanks John, let me post it

Well it also depends the angle of light and the diffuser and the reflective-ness of the housing....

so for example, my blinker housing is blacked out (75%) and I do not have a diffuser, so I need a bright assssss led to make it seen....I bought one couple years back and it has been working like a charm !!!

for you, you do have a diffuser and your housing (am assuming) is chrome....so you dont need a very bright led...a moderate LED will do the job just as well

again from the pix, the 3rd one looks like the brightest as it has a front facing CREE led (looks like it)....hence I asked you to check the brightness....

since you are not getting switchbacks and are more inclined towards traditional LEDS, my recommendation is to just get whatever led you get for like 12-15 bucks shipped and call it a day

Might as well! I've done so many of my mods in the winter...it doesn't bother me any more. Just gotta wear several layers, which I plan on doing at the meet.

After 5 days in sub 40 degree weather, I will say that my body got used to it pretty quickly. It would NOT stop me from modding either.

I know, that's what I thought but before installing the Cree bulb in to housing, it did look so low on the brightness. Well, lower than other ones
I will email the ebay guy

What do you mean check the brightness? These Cree ones are adjustable?
Here this is what came in today

I know lens doesn't hit the reflector but even when the bulb is out, brightness on cree was so low. Well, lower than I expected

I don't know, all I heard was good thing about those.
Let me see what will the seller say

Damnit I love my grill

Don't have a pic but 18led smd one is much brighter that 96small leds

Have you looked into the V3 Triton bulbs from VLEDs? They're pricey, but they will a lot brighter than any of the ebay tower LED's out there. I think they boast 600 lumens, which is more than twice the lumens from any other LED parking/turn signal bulb I've seen.

I have the stock bulbs in there right now.
Didn't install the 18 smd leds yet
Will try the Cree ones again today

Exactly. I'm waiting for them to throw out another coupon code so I can order them, however, I feel like they're purposely not offering a coupon code because a thousand other people are probably waiting to do the same thing.

Love that Civic...any more pics of it? Love the MR2 and the s2k too, but from a photographical standpoint, the Civic shot is the best.

the EVO takes the cake

back to the LED's am not sure about the ebay leds....when i said check the brightness, I meant check the wattage on them....or the lumens....this will help you understand which one to get rather than having 10 sets of low light led's in your closet....

and between the AM and the Maserati....IMO the AM comes across as "pricier" more exclusive....but the Maserati takes it from the $$$ and the sound point of view...

FYI, if you subscribe to the VLEDs newsletter, when you get your confirmation email, they give you link to a 5% coupon code. You can keep using the link over and over. I figured that was better than nothing and placed an order.
