It's not the end of the world if you put the stock lugs on them, I just would avoiding driving on them until you can replace them. The hub ring will help them from 'slipping' on the non-conical lugs (once you get conical lugs, you don't actually need the hub ring).
Muteki lugs would have my vote. The SR48 are the most popular and come in a number of colors. If you like closed end, SR35s should be long enough.
Evasive sells them, but you should definitely be able to source them in Canada.

What bore size do I need for spacers? The advans are 73mm but the OEM bore is 64mm. I used hub centric rings when putting on the advans. Im just confused about these sizes.
Will the spacers go over the rings or do i take the rings off, put spacers on then put the hub ring on the spacer? LOL

spacers will fit your oem hub and they will also have their "own" hub that is same same as the oem ones. so you can keep your rings inside your wheels and put the rims on the spacers as is.
what size spacers? sounds like you're going 15mm with the built in studs?
PS a trick for the hub centric rings is to always keep them attached to the wheels. whenever i use rings, i put a little siilcone sealant inside the wheel and then put the ring into the wheel and wipe away excess adhesive. that way a ring doesn't get lost when you rotate and balance your wheels, which could easily not be noticed until you start driving and know something's wrong

Do you mean yellow output or yellow look without them on? I used to like the white fogs but recently switched to yellow nokyas. I love the look of yellow when I need to use fogs. However I only use fogs when I need to and during normal driving my fogs don't have a yellow look since they're off. I don't like the yellow overlay

I actually think a yellow look (overlays) look best on kbp and a dark blue like yours. Any other color and I think it looks tacky. Overall not a fan of the look but then again I love yellow functional fogs they get it a unique look. I just don't like the yellow look without them on haha.
Your car man go for it! It's fairly cheap so you can easily switch back

Found the time to swap out the instrument clusters today and took a cpl pics. The car is pretty dirty ATM as its been in and out of shops for the past 2-3 weeks
Advans RSII
Advans on now with black gorilla lugs. Oh boy that gap tho..does she ever need a drop!! TEIN FLEX going in this weekend
HIC roof spoiler
HIC Window visors on now. Kinda hard to see but they look great. Peeled off that dumb HIC logo on the 2 front ones
07-08 base cluster I find it to be more crisp and just better looking then the 04-06 base. But that is purely subjective
new mileage 134290kms Old mileage was 217114kms. Wrote them both down in a book and will keep track of it that way
Car is getting detailed next week after the suspension install so stay tuned for that as it will look 100x better.
Still working away on the RL calipers too

when you get a chance next, can you measure from the center of the wheel to the fender straight up at stock height? i want to compare it to what mine is to see how much i'm really dropped. i know i'm at 24.75" from ground to fender but that isn't the "drop" since it is influenced by wheel size, tire size, etc.
also what height are you planning to drop it to? far as you can?

yea man I can def do that on friday before we start getting into things..
I just want it as flush as possible. I assume that Ill have to play around with some adjustments it for a little bit to get it where I want.
Theres no place that sells spacers in my area so I still gota order the 15mm ones. ill have the suspension on without spacers so it may look sunken in as the offset is +45 on these.

even sunken in it will still look good. you may want to shoot for a 24" ground to fender measurement to start off with and play with it from there. it will take some dialing in to get what you want but that's the awesome thing about coilovers!
