We had a local shop tweek the CT Advanced control module, by that I mean, they programmed a slightly longer injector pulse length, which was really an Idea that came from CT Engineering. So, If you were to order a kit direct from them, you could maybe get them to do it.

so now that it is "TUNED" what kinda power is this beast making? how much boost are you running? how much more power is it making than the TL-P superchargered?

EITHER WAY, A TURBO KIT IS MORE CAPABLE OF PUTTING UP BIGGER BOOST NUMBERS, IN MY OPINION, ANYTHING MORE THEN 6 POUNDS WILL BLOW A STOCK MOTOR, BUT hp PER $ I FEEL THE SUPERCHARGED CAR IS MORE COST EFFECTIVE. THE ECU TUNING NEEDED TO PROPERLY RUN A TURBO KIT ON WILL COST A FEW THOUSAND, THE ENGINE UPGRADES NEEDED RUN BIG BOOST WILL COST A FEW MORE THOUSAND.
IF YOU COMPARE 5 POUNDS TO 5 POUNDS OF BOOST, I THINK THE SUPERCHARGED TYPE S STILL PUTS UP A SLIGHTLY LARGER hp #, AND STILL WINS 70% OF THE STRAIGHT LINE RACES. YOU WILL GET BETTER TRACTION IN A PROPERLY SIZED TURBO CAR (ie YOU ARE USUALLY ROLLING WHEN YOU HIT BOOST) WHERE A SUPERSHARGER STARTS MAKING POWER RIGHT AWAY.
IN SHORT, I THINK A SUPERCHARGER IS CHEAPER, AND WAY MORE DAILY DRIVABLE THEN A TURBO.
A TURBO IS WAY MORE CAPABLE OF MAKING GIANT hp #'S I THINK IF MONEY WAS NO OBJECT, YOU COULD SEE 6-700 hp TL'S

And no I am not going to HIN, there is a CT meet I will be going to on Sat. I would have LOVED to go to HIN but it is kinda far and I am not gonna drive to Jersey by myself. Sean and I talked about going awhile ago and us all driving together since it was so far. After the location got changed though he said he didn't know if he was going or not and since he is avoiding me I never asked him about it again, I have other plans anyway.

Subsonic, Jodi's Audio Shop in New London CT is a joke. The owner of this car is a cool guy. And the car is nice. And moves pretty decent. Subsonicman brought me for a ride in it, bouncing off the rev limiter missing gears well the interior was all apart, attempting to race around in the rain. Honestly the car is decent. But the owner did more work than the shop owner. I was in there multiple times and every time Sean was working well Chris sat around doing nothing. Well with all that said just thought everyone should know the truth.

VSA off + wet roads + 320whp fwd = massive wheel spin
your engine will rev up to redline before you know it and youll probably bounce of the rev limiter if you are trying to push the car.

^ Nice. That's what this kit really needs. Comptech should've used the M90 in the first place, I guess reliability was an issue seeing how the compression ration on the j32a3 is 11:1.

One thing no one ever mentioned (maybe because of the ultra-smooth power curves). The "common cold" with the S/C'd community; Any SURGING? The hondata reflash cures it, but there's only a small handfull of us with it. Could this pulse adjustment on the ACM have something to do with the lack of surging or perhaps it's just the low boost pressure that makes it very difficult to notice?
