Navi. question..
As above, if you use the "Southern" dvd and you say in southern Ontario ya should be good to go. Question - when I got my TL there were 2 DVD's included - one for Canada and the northern US [Northen Disc] and one for central and Southern US [Southern Disc] - is there a 2nd nav dvd in your owners manual? If so you are definately good to go. BTW - if ya have any questions about southern Ontario please feel free to PM me. Hope ya enjoy the trip
.
Im planning to visit toronto, ottawa and the niagara falls next week. My first real road trip with my TL and I finally get to use my navi. on a real trip. I just hope the navi. doesnt give me wrong directions and i end up lost.

My Canadian 06 came with Ver.3.40C and was replaced by a free upgrade (not sure what version as it is in the car). The is nothing that says Southern, but there is acomment near the centre hole that says "This Data includes information taken with permission from Canadian authorities, including Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, Queen's Printer for Ontario".
I have looked up a few various destinations across the US and always been successful.
My Navi worked fine in Ottawa in January. It also had the length of Autoroute 50, just across the river in Quebec, and a very short distance of Quebec 148 east of there. There is no coverage north and east of there until you get to the area just northwest of Montreal (but not as far out as Mirabel).
Coverage is pretty spotty outside of Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto.

I live in Barrie, an hour north of Toronto, and the coverage here and all the way up is perfect, even the all the streets in my 3 year old developement are mapped out. Also the other features are extensive, hotel, atm, gas, etc.
Within Toronto it's wonderful, you'll NEVER get lost!
