I know you'll be shocked but it wasn't until like 2009 that I finally learned that you don't remove the entire caliper from the knuckle for a pad change
It wasn't until 2014 that I finally learned WHAT you're supposed to lubricate with the graphite stuff.
I have Cmax on the TL-S...they last a long time and when they wear down, autozone will give you new ones for free. They're the ONLY ones that include normal wear and tear in their lifetime warranty. Incredible.
Thoi, go to Waterton. Pictures don't even do this place justice. I know the exposure rate on all of these needs adjusting still, but this gives you an idea... SO many waterfalls!!
Oh, hi Bambi... thanks for crossing our path
This lake was at the top of one of our hikes... took 2.5hrs to get there.
way at the back... that's Montana!!
The beach area of town. Prince of Wales hotel in the back. Super old. Super cool. With a fantastic lounge and view
PS...I was trying to be helpful with adjusting the Jizzmo picture Adam, wasn't trying to be like cool guy make you think your pictures were shit.
Awesome place! I wish we had that within a half hour of home. I'd be in the woods all the time...finding myself, whittling, smoking earth...all dat.
I'd like to see a little more exposure from that first picture
Paypal me $5

hahaha, those pics were done with a cellphone camera. I appreciated the fix on them. This was just a point and shoot camera we used in Waterton. Nothing special either. Lots of adjustments needed, that's for sure.
Also... this place is 375mi from us. It's not that close!
Gorgeous...Bamff is just as amazing. But, obviously, more people.
theres a few things that annoy me about Banff. The fucking gift shop stores, that occur every second business (seriously, who needs 20 stores selling the same fucking trinkets that say Canada on them?) The prices are super high for everything. And the people. So many people. Go back to your shanties, people!!
The mountains are more majestic there though. Some nice hiking all around there too.

Also, Banff is a different specimen.. I wouldn't trade a trip to Banff / Canadieeen Rockies over GNP. It's all about your timing.
I was last in Banff 15 years ago, and I've had almost all of my close friends go several times in the past few years, so I can imagine it's way more overrun with tourists than my last visit.
But it's still worth the trip.. especially early baby season.
Btw Taco.. isn't Waterton expensive AF.. like 1M Loonies to rent a bike, 2M loonies for some crunchies and litre por eau au quebecoise???
From the time I was 5 until 17 I spent almost 3 months every Summer with my grandparents...and aunts and uncles...my Dad's sister and husband have a motor boat...we used to go water skiing on Lac Leman...go to dinner across the pond in France for some filet de perche.
When I turned 17 I was like, naw player...I'm too cool for that...I wanna hang with my cuban homies in Miami instead. What I wouldn't give for that life again...
it's the last place I ski'd too...in 2009. Funny, but I thought a black Diamond at BIg Bear would be comparable...they're like, you do blacks ()...I'm life...SURE. I get to the piste and am like GTFO...tell everyone I love them, I ain't surviving this...bam, made it to the bottom with poor form but going fast AF and enjoyed the hell out of it...she was like..."you're crazy like your Dad"...
but he's much crazier...you should see him cross US1 on his bike in Miami by his house...

price wasn't bad. I'd say Banff is more expensive when it comes to accommodations and food. Lots has changed in Banff in 15 years. Not the town itself, but the popularity of it. This year was a nightmare there. Shit dollar results in everyone staying home and more people coming from abroad. Brother and his fam just came back and they wer floored by the gong show happening. Other than that, it is generally still very busy with Japanese, Chinese and German tourists.
I went to Grand Canyon on Christmas day one time.. thought.. park all to ourselves.. nope.
10,000 buses filled with Chinese and Indians (dot, not feather type).
Jacked up the car and had a good opportunity to do an underside check . Also looks like it's the front drivers side caliper that's squealing or dragging ... Rear calipers are 140 each on OEmAcura Parts, not looking forward to seeing how much these Brembos ones are.. I'm hoping maybe a cleaning will fix dislodge what is dragging and it's not a caliper seizing issue
