So please dont go off on me with any LBGT hating stuff or anything, but i just got an email. im coaching U4 soccer league this year, and one of the parents just emailed and was like, "Hi I'm one of so and so's Moms....." and inside im like damn i had hoped i wouldnt have to get into explaining this to my 3 year old for a few years at least, but he is super inquisitive and im just waiting for the inevitable drive home from a game when he asks "why does he have 2 mommies?"....
Only once they get older and get taught that it's "wrong" or "weird" do they start to make the association. Don't teach them that and they won't think it. Of course they'll still get some influence from the nosy, self-riotous blowhards, so you might need to be prepared to counteract that nonsense.
