Kid in my kid's preschool has two moms. It's not been an issue. He hasn't even mentioned it. At that age, they don't really find it odd, it just is what it is.
Only once they get older and get taught that it's "wrong" or "weird" do they start to make the association. Don't teach them that and they won't think it. Of course they'll still get some influence from the nosy, self-riotous blowhards, so you might need to be prepared to counteract that nonsense.
