Took kiddos to the zoo yesterday, it was great! love how awesome things are when you revisit them with someone who sees everything with new eyes and wonderment! oh and i saw your comment about birthday party with petting zoo, that sounds like what my weekend is gonna be, but except we will have the booze!! was gonna smoke some brisket but i think im gonna go burgers and hot dogs instead!! :wuss out:

Which is helpful if you got rained on like we did last night! 
It sounded like a hurricane rolled through in the middle of the night. Pounding rain, blowing wind, thunder, lightning, it was very very frightening (really, I heard a shriek and then there was a WagonJr curled up in my bed crying and breathing like he'd seen a ghost).
Obligatory observation that crabs love water.
