I've been to sumo sumo once. Nothing special in my mind. To me, it was more of a nice looking fast food sushi place, then a quality sushi restaurant. No Japs in the kitchen there, that's for sure. Those guys are true artists.

So sollee, but IS CHINEE equal to JAPANESE food?!?!? How is that authentic?!?!?...and I mean, it's one thing if the chefs there GOT training in Japan and actually apprenticed through the traditional sushi restaurant...but, methinks, next to unlikely. So, yeah...garbage.

What's even worse is that these shit places charge legit sushi prices for non-legit sushi, while you know they pay the kitchen staff $12-15/hr, because they have as much "formal" training as they could pick up in their first week of work
Going to an authentic Japanese sushi place and having a black sushi chef serve you better food than some of the other "authentic" sushi places - priceless.
None yesterday...but, sadly, the owner may discontinue it because well, again per my past comments, this city may want to think it's sophisticated...but, yeah...right.
When 99% of the Japanese restaurants here are overdone with all sorts of "creative" rolls that mostly feature mayo, something tempura, and even fruit...you know what sort of demographics are here.

I washed my car 5 days ago, and as of yesterday, the inside of the driver's door is frozen. Key won't work. Fob won't work. If I press the fob, all the doors unlock for a second but then all lock again because the drivers side lock won't go up.
Climbed in throw the passenger door, started the car to let it warm up in my garage, went back inside. Oh wait, I locked the interior house door already. No biggie, just disconnect house key from car keys. Oh wait, car locked itself because the lock is frozen. Car is running. Can't get in to car or house

Dang...frozen doors suck. Had that problem last year. But, you'd think 5 days ago was sufficient but if the entire week was brutally cold (i.e. below -10), I was told that washing one's car is caveat emptor.
Did you reach your wife to get her to let you back into the house?
Uber-cold weather...Mind you, I prefer it over the milder cold weather because the roads become absolutely disgusting...at least in Hoth-like weather, the roads are dry and you're not getting splattered constantly by muddy slush and pebbles/gravel that the cities tend to dump.
I do NOT enjoy snow...but, I can take -435252354705 weather.
