Don't waste your money.

Unless you're talking about the original. Then waste all your money.

as he got older and had more contact with the outside world, he developed certain opinions on the keys.

By the time he was 16 and in his senior year of college...he refused to touch the white keys at all. It was chalked to him being avant garde/new age and manic...but in reality it was his aversion to the color. By 20, he wouldn't touch the ebony keys either...which made for very awkward concertos, especially at $200 a ticket.

These days, he can be found huddled around a fire in a steel drum...he'll play the recorder on some days...and will still wow people with his ability to xylophone...although he will only play 4 keys on that as well.

Sad.

Sooo.... If one were hypothetically going to LA and was considering San Gabriel as a potential place with a Hotel that won't require a third mortgage to fund.

Question: Will I get killed and raped there? Or is that a "nice" part of town.

Asking for a friend.

Wait. Now that I think about it - Is San Gabriel the place where all the Chinese that got some dough moved when they left Chinatown proper? Like, the new-Chinatown for the Lexus and Benzo crowd?

Looking at the google maps of the area and I get the feeling I've been out there for dim sum.

Yeah SG is not bad at all besides the crappy Asian drivers...GREAT food though

I wouldn't necessarily stay out there though.. I don't know many chain hotels out there to be honest. Are you going to be in downtown LA and just looking for a cheap alternative? got dates in mind? Your handy dandy trusty travel agent at your service if you need help

not yet.. a lot of Irvine is still white and Armenian/Persian but the Asians are moving in. It's still predominantly white though. I really love Irvine but holy hell is it expensive to live in..

Y'all should travel up to canada this summer if you're bored. See some cool shit on either coast, and it will be cheap as fuck for you to travel. Just stay away from Alberta. It's the shit hole of Canada
