Hmmm...Acura demographic for the TLX was about 45+ years old I think...I might drive a V6 TLX when I get really old...like 85?

Perhaps...I'm not really fond of those either, hell up until about 4 years ago at age 58 I was driving a 350Z...I suppose I'm not the guy Acura is shooting for. I'd drive an RDX or MDX, especially the RDX cuz chicks dig it...

Not recently anyway...they definitely got it right with the 3G TL, and a couple of the Integra generations were nice but I think they were under powered. Unlike Toyota with Lexus I think the old farts at Honda are making decisions for the Acuras, instead of new blood. My understanding is the new NSX is under powered too.

Gary...the fact that you're still "with it" and relevant and still say things that guys a third your age can relate too...is it's own marvel. ou

You're not in the target demographic for anything aimed at geezers...

you one of us, OG...old blood, Gallo Negro.

07-08 TL was the best thing Acura has done.

Ever since Acura has been crap.

4G TL decent car no tranny issues, ugly as hell.

So it's like we have to cut back somewhere.

I have a couple older friends that drive RLs, I will say I do like those for a near luxury sedan...but still, I need a racecar.

I love my 08 TL..

I seriously do. There are very few things I am content with in my life (being a millennial and all, it's all about the next best thing and instant gratification), but the two things that I do absolutely love: my car, and my girlfriend.

Integras were not under powered. Well, not the GS-R or the Type R. While they may not have had huge power on paper, because they were so light, they hauled ass once you got the rpm up.

By today's standards they are slow. But back then, man, the integra was the car to have. Especially when the B18c1 or B18c5 cracked into VTEC. It was like an audible bliss.

Yep. Zero visibility from as north as Clovis, as south as Visalia, and as west as Kettlemen City. We used to have 75-100 car pileups on the 99 twice a year when I was in middle school.

There are times I wish I still had my TL, roomier than the 335 but not much, maintenance is cheaper on a TL too. It is a sexy ass car with the Aspec kit and lowered slightly and the other minor things that can be done..

But this 335...I bought and said...only thing it needs is a trunk lip...

But that TL...sexy...

Not gonna lie...stock or modded, a TL always makes me look twice. And yes, probably because I have one so I have a vested interest...but I STILL think they look grand going down the road. That would be my next car.

I hear there's a lot of poles to hit at OHC. Or was that OCH? I don't remember now.

my passenger side headlight is out and I have the Silverstar bulbs. They lasted 60k worth of driving, so I guess that's not bad. I'm just going to slap the OEM bulbs back in since I'm probably getting rid of the car sooner than later.
