The conveyor-belt sushi restaurant. Great in Japan...but, in the places I've tried in NA...yeah, pass.

The color of the plate equates to the price which in turn, the type of sushi on it. Sometimes, those colored plates have cooked things too like deep-fried karaage and ika...
