No way.. there needs to be a balance. They're not going to fold nor does any government want them to. They'll suffer somewhat.

Nah. I'll say this though...they've got to be new. First gens are complete pieces of shit. Especially the interiors. I've never been in a V that it's interior didn't look twice as old as it was.

Ultimately a preference...but I'm 30...not 55. Cadillac design language does absolutely nothing for me.

The only thing 1Gs had going for them was the engine. That is if your diff didn't implode.

Oh Maj has one. '07? LOOOL

Fold as in? In NA? They're still strong in Europe. Their game in NA was weak and they've been pushing their diesels down our throat like it's the better alternative to gasoline for the last 20 years if not more. I think they fucked up major and they might rethink diesels here and only offer gasoline with moderate sales.

I think that'd be lovely. Choke it out with a cat, let people cut it out illegally, let the consumer carry the burden of killing the planet.

They're about to get their shit pushed in across Europe also.

It's happening everywhere on the daily, even in Cali and Ontario. The day before emissions tests, cars appear stock again

Most places don't even do emissions tests. You should see all the redneck pig fuckers around here with their lifted diesel trucks with 4" exhaust pipes, literally spewing massive black clouds every time they hammer the throttle from a dead stop.

Despite the shitstorm coming they got a large following in Europe with their diesel cars, not scared for them. It'll hurt like Maj said but it won't disappear.

No emissions here. Which doesn't mean I don't want breathable air and clean water for my kids, know what I mean?

That could be the biggest fallout of all.. more regulation, more sniffer test / real driving nox testing requirement.

Agreed. That video maj posted- I see that happen here at least once a day, everyday. Can't drive with your windows down around guys like that. They're the worst offenders, but I'm pretty sure as soon as you modify the exhaust in any way, you're already breaking the law. You can go ahead and give J the stinkeye now

While cars are bad, what about the hundreds of thousands of manufacturing facilities around the world that spew way more shit than cars ever do. Shit looks awful in china. It's regulated to a degree in NA, but still lots of leeway. canada lags behind big time in emissions output because our prime minister doesn't give a fuck about the environment.

Possible yeah, less leeway for auto manufacturers, stricter tests when checking for emissions. The shitty part is the consumer is going to absorb the cost for the additional tests if it happens.

The NA tests are already much more strict than the European tests from what I read, too...

I agree but it's still not an excuse for cars not to do better, obviously. Otherwise it's a never ending circle jerk of "oh these guys pollute more why should we stop polluting".

I was shootin the shit with my bro yesterday. He said some little shit asked his 11 year old daughter to suck his dick. Told him I'd get my shovel, we'll nab the little fuck after school.

I asked if his daughter had a cell phone with any of the apps installed.. instawhore, kikadik, younomonmynutsnow, snapdeeznutschat.. he was like yup. I'm like..

Shiett...

I know some of you rapists were pounding each others dicks at 10.. but I was pretty fucking shocked by his statement. Fucking twats these days.

It's crazy. At 10 pretty sure I was just riding my bike all day during the summer, not trying to dip my paintbrush.

One time I was driving on the biggest highway here, the 401, an SUV a little ahead of me spun out of control and did a 720 degree spin before stopping at the guard rail. I swerved the non-luxury SUV around that SUV to avoid a collision. And the vehicle I was driving had less power and technology than the RDX. i was driving 70 km/h in a 100 km/h zone. If you drive more slowly in the snow, it is safer.

Truth be told, I should have stayed home that day but a pretty girl invited me to her party. When I got there, more than half the people cancelled and didn't show up due to the snow storm.
