That's what I'm on. Previous owner had the entire A-Spec package put on when he bought the car. He ended up opting to lower it a bit more, so he kept the A-Spec struts and put H&R springs on.

Ride wise, they are great. Definitely not harsh. As for ride height, the rear is perfect for me, but I wish I could drop the front another 1/2 to 3/4". It's kind of a struggle, to be honest. The ride height now is perfect to never damage my lip when pulling up to taller curbs or the likes. If I did go that little bit lower, I'd have to be much more careful. function over form i guess.

I went the other way around for the sole reason you don't always see the grease/dirt on the black ones. Used to wrench with black ones, get an itch on the face look at my glove quickly then just scratch it then feel the grease on my face.... fuuuuuuu

I thought about getting coilovers just to be able to drop the front a bit more, but I dunno. You can lower the TL about 1" all around without issue. The way I ride now, I don't think I've ever had problems. No issues with speed bumps, pot holes, driveways, anything.

I'm more function over form. If I can't throw the car into a turn at 90 without worrying about rubbing, bottoming out, bouncing, scraping, whatever, then it's not worth it.

Similar here, my TL looks like garbage but mechanically it nearly feels brand new. Everything getting replaced over time and only until then I might invest into prettifying things.
