Just a little bit of olive oil (extra virgin, of course), some fresh crushed garlic, and a dash of salt (mah blood pressuhs).
Eat chicken (just the breast ) and half a pound of asparagus.

Scene fades to black.
Fade from black, it's at the office on Tuesday.

Staying hydrated because pushing a mouse around and clickclacking the keyboard is serious business.
Pissin like every 45 minutes.
Every time for like 9 hours, it reeks to high heaven of asparapiss.
Don't bother flushing because of the drought - we all do our part!

End Scene.
I read that, and it sums up my life. Replace asparapiss by giant protein poops with the lingering smell though.

Also always use the main bathroom so others have to go the trouble going to other ones.

Hahahaha now we're talking! If I ate taco bell today, that would be twice this year. I can't remember the last time I ate there twice in one year.

When in doubt, salad & grilled chicken. Don't go too heavy on the ceasar dressing and that's a decent meal.

I normally prep my lunches, but since I was in Texas thru Wednesday,
Had no time.

Might get a poke bowl with brown rice. Or a chirashi bowl. Maybe chipotle bowl w/ chicken & brown rice.

No rice. Just don't get rice, brown or otherwise. I know that's like a totally foreign concept for , but fo real. No rice.

Meat + veg + some salsa (but not all, because check out the sodium content!)

Good.

I'll describe my workout gear later. Suffice to say, my danglers don't always get retained sufficiently.

True story.

You can't tell that though.

Arguably I love rice too, so it's hard to preach not to eat it. I don't eat bread however, fuck those shitty carbs. Bread FTL.
