I've lost plenty of weight and BF while eating carbs.

Carbs are not your enemy. Heck they're your main energy source.

You can lose weight eating whatever the shit, it's calorie counting you should be doing. That said, there's easier healthier ways to lose weight than just cutting random shit left and right.

Yup, I do that combined with "clean" eating. Helped me lose over 50lbs and maintain it since 2012.

Fell off the wagon jan of this year and got back into it beginning of July. Since then I've lost 10# and 3% BF.

It's been working for me, so I'll stick to it for now.

True. But when hunting for a lunch, going sans-carbs isn't a bad plan (IMO, of course) since you're probably picking them up elsewhere.

Blah, enough with this healthy eating shit. Leta eats some salad!

Dummy. Your muscles NEED clean carbs, if you have any intention of growing them. Ain't nothing wrong with brown rice.

For sure. Carbs aren't bad per se, but they're easier to cut since they're the majority of your calorie intake.
Also fat is very hard to metabolize and without carbs it won't get stocked as much... which is obviously good.

Also- carbs break down into simple sugars as you digest them. Guess what your fruits and veggies are loaded with.

Don't tell me what my muscle need. I'll tell *you* what my muscle needs.

It needs you to open your mouth and swallow this nut.

*That's* what my muscle needs.

:TB:

I tried to clarify. I meant for one meal out when a person wasn't planning for it... Cutting carb won't hurt as you'll likely make it up elsewhere, when you *can* control the quantity/quality a bit better.

Now eat dis dik. It's perfectly balanced carb to protein!

Carbs are carbs, but if anything after or prior to an intense workout you'll want simple carbs, if you want longer holding energy you'll want complex carbs.

You could technically become a body builder on a McD diet, but it wouldn't be efficient or logical to do so.

Exactly. Plus all dem saturated fats, sulphates, nitrates and phosphates in the food aren't exactly great for you.

Is it the fucking vagina monologues in here? FFS.

I'm here drinking a beer in the office, eating a steak sandwich with fried eggs, slab of bacon, sandwiched between a dozen donuts, watching bangbus whilst rubbing my johnson and wiping my ass with TPS reports.. and make the unfortunate mistake to catch up on the daily shenanigans.

I hope you pek peks have something more interesting to talk about by the time I finish my beer.

It's the danger when eating out, you never know what in it really. But nowadays you can't be sure about your meat and veggies at the groceries either...
