Like I said, if i had 5k, I personally would prefer to buy an absolute mint, smaller, cheaper car, rather than something that would be worth more if all good, but being sold for less because of outstanding problems. I dont need leather or heated seats- but I do want the paint to be relatively swirl free or the timing belt done, or whatever.

Just two different ends of the spectrum. Each has its respective ups and downs.
When you're buying a 5K car, it's never going to be mint.

I have no idea, I haven't seen it. I'd be surprised too.

Cmon man, don't IG your food.

Agree though In-N-Out is pretty good. Always grab some when I'm in the west.
I remember that particular time in Vegas it was like 105F and the In-N-Out was packed full so I had no choice but to sit outside... it was too hot even for the gulls, they were hiding under the tables instead of annoying me while I was eating. That's when I realized I couldn't live in the desert.

Honestly, you don't even need the metal bars. I didn't have any supports at my last place. Never had an issue.

It's not a bad idea to have them, but not overly necessary, unless Betty is on the overhang and you're... uh... er... nevermind.

One of our photographer broke a counter top overhang less than a month ago by leaning/sitting on the corner to take a shot. Boss had to foot the $3K bill for counter + contractor.
To the counter top defense, photographer is like 250lbs. Smart

Corner could have broken anyway if there isn't a support right near it. Looks like Js nearest support is still 12 inches away. Oddly enough, I was kneeling on top of mine at the old place as I was tinkering with the pendant lights and it supported my 220lb ass. Maybe I got lucky?

That's some nice installation work though. Well done. I take a lot of pride in any home reno work I do and it looks like you do just the same, judging by the shit ton of work you've done around your pad. Feels very satisfying when done right.

I don't know how a garbage show like Entourage can make it so big and a quality show like How to Make it doesn't..

Its all in who's salad you toss in the biz. Entourage likely tossed a lot of salads. Repeatedly. Without stop.
