Before we put him down I spent a few hours sitting and laying on the floor while petting him with that shitty throat feeling you get when you know you have to do something you don't want to do. You don't just feel sad, you feel wrong, even though ultimately you know you can't drag it on forever... it's just selfish.

Maybe I'm just imaging things but when it was time he didn't look scared, he looked relieved. Like he knew what was going to happen and he had been waiting for a while already. It looked easier for him than it was for me too.

On a less debby downer note, totally hooked on Pharoahe Monch - Trilogy lately. More precisely Act 1, I wish it was twice the length.

PB...I'm sorry, man. I don't like losing dogs. I cried more than losing a human.

Starting my weekend off with tears in my ears after that story, pb. Losing a pet sucks! I got a Yorkshire Terrier the Summer before I started 1st grade and had him until after I graduated high school. He got ran over in his old age.

It's not cool no matter the age or the way they go. And that yorkshire terrier definitely lived a long time!

My mom had another dog that got hit by a car. He escaped the backyard with my sister's dog on a Friday night because my mom didn't check the gate... He was the barky annoying kind, sort of retarded little dog that liked to pee in the house at random times to spite us apparently. But he was nice no matter what.

When we noticed they disappeared my mom and I started looking for them. I found my sister's dog (a husky) trotting around the main road and then I see the tiny white dog sitting in the taller grass next to the road and I call him a few times. He looks at me with his stupid look he always had but he's not coming. There's a guy stopped with his car on hazard lights and then I piece everything together. Guy says he didn't hit him (makes sense considering his car is parked behind the dog, not in front) and that he thinks "he's not feeling really well". As I walk closer and closer to the dog I can't see what's wrong with him. I try to pick him up... that yelling... *cringe*... Back legs and hips broken, he rolled under a car...
We had him put down that night after driving a good 45 minutes to find a place open at +10pm on a Friday night.

Ha nice, wish I could kayak with a dog!

Did an ATF drain and fill. Not as hot as last weekend when I did the brakes but so fucking windy I kept getting sand in my eyes. At least I got 2 drains done, "only" 1 left to be to an acceptable level.

Ooof poor planing on my part on this flight home.

Went from:

ICN > HKG then HKG > SFO with Cathay Pacific

Flights delayed like 2 hours

Just went online and saw I could've stopped by Japan with JAL or Vancouver with Air Canada and have a much shorter flight...

Dang...well, at least the airports are nice and have some cool places to scope out. Oh! You should see if there is any Yamazaki scotch you can get at duty free...they won the best scotch award...

Sold out, you mean. After they won recently for the 2013 sherry cast bottle, it's been mission-impossible to track anything from Suntory down.

Ah well...adds to the fun.

For sure. Need to do the switches though. Having trouble finding cheap ones. Contacted Bruce, 40$ shipping since he can't ship without tracking.

Miz, yeah those flights are loonnnngggg....lucky enough to head to India, United has a direct flight to Mumbai from NJ and Delta has a direct flight to Delhi from Chicago...

I hate multiple layovers...since they add about 6-8hours (depending on layover time) and more chances of delay at every layover!

I just checked and holy cow, Singapore Airlines has a direct from ICN to SFO, fuck yeah! Singapore Airlines along with Eithad and Emirates and Japan Airlines are some of the airlines I LOVVVEEEE!

Haha man, think there's a bit of misunderstanding, the shipping itself is $40. The switches around $80 for both 3rd and 4th. :P
Thinking of sending one of you helpful tossers switches and you sending them my way with no tracking or anything. Living on the edge.
I understand Bruce can't do that, he doesn't know me and doesn't want to take risk of someone saying they didn't get the package. I'm trying to find something else I can add to the order to make it more worthwhile but I'm somewhat strapped on cash. @_@

WOAH!! yeah, sorry I misunderstood..

that's actually how I got in touch with Guitarplayer16/Thanh haha...his rear caliper was seized and the caliper there was like 200+ bucks, at advance auto the caliper is 115 (if I remember right) and they give you $40 back to return the seized one...I shipped him the new one and he shipped back the seized one hahah...

anyway, let me know if you need some help, I can ship them over to ya

Really? I know of some place that always has it in stock.

Hell I even saw some at Costco recently.

Hibiki 18 IIRC.... Had I known the rarity I would've bought some to sling...

Oof bad delay out of Hong Kong. 1.5 hour delay before boarding w/ a gate change.

Then we were stuck on the Tarmac for 1.5 hours because the airport got shutdown due to lightning strikes.

Pretty creepy sitting in a plane with rain pouring w/ lightning striking really really close to the plane. (Thunder came within a second after the strike)

I have to see if it's in stock still since it's so rare.
