Going down to 1 car. No need for 2, I have the bus that goes to work. The Corolla is only driven to the bus stop otherwise it sits in the garage. My new house the bus picks up pretty close 3-4 minute walking distance. Why pay insurance maint and registration on a car that goes 12 miles a month.

I'll buy something new late next year or in 2017 when I get my promotion. Don't know what yet though.
