RSX around CA are notoriously one of the worst offenders of that... Which is depressing because their headlight housings are so big, you can fit a lot of different projectors and shrouds in there...

But no..... I'll just throw a PnP kit in there and look ugly as fuck

When I owned mine, I didn't have the skill, nor the $1000 laying around to do a proper retrofit. When people did those, I always thought they were Arnold in Pumping Iron. Or Robin Williams in Flubber...

Hey man, I did it too. I was broke and in school, so $1000 on a retrofit was no bueno. A $100 pnp kit was all good though!

Back in 07-08, having a kit in a halogen housing was still considered gangster by most

To be honest, yes, the light scatter is bad when you have an HID in a halogen housing, however, even to this day, I kind of prefer to have one of those driving behind me than a true HID projector. Those things are like focused laser beams, even with a cut off. It's nice having the auto dimming mirror in the TL, but prior to that, I was always adjusting my mirror to not be blinded.

I also don't like the look of a projector retrofit into many different halogen housings. I think they just look weird.

Shoot, we had an 07 Mazda 6 that had HIDs standard in the Grand Touring model, they were hot...had the V6, 200 hp FTW! Needed HIDs cuz it was so fast.

'16 CX5 f my wife's has HIDs also...they are as bright or brighter than my bimmer's HLs.

Headunit, soldered rca leads behind it, through 2 sets of ground loop isolators, to 1 440x4 RMS MB Quart Q Series Amp to Massive Audio 6.5" component front and infiniti reference coax rears and 1 1500x1RMS MB Quart Q series Class D amp to 2 12" audiobahn's capable of 1100 RMS each.

I'm not sure if I'll leave it all in the car, or simplify it and keep/sell some stuff. Depends on who ends up buying it.

Need to get out and take more picture.

Get my photo skills up to par. Maybe upgrade LR6 from LR4 if there's a big difference. Which, I'm sure there is not.

I've been considering it once the remodel is done. Gonna go with solar city because I'm an Elon Musk fangirl

Plus it will pair perfectly with my future Model S

It's warming up so if things go well (I'm having some eye problems and can't see going to work tomorrow), I might have some new Accord pictures as well.

But mine will probably look like they were taken by a half-wit chimp leaned out on that muddy...

Atlanta...

When I moved to Houston, I first heard the genteel southern saying: "when you die, it doesn't matter if you're going to heaven or hell, you'll have a layover in Atlanta".
