I would never put XXR on my Accord. I'd throw some Vossen's probably though.

I like the design. I'm not much of a wheel guy, so I don't know which Authentic wheel looks like that. Work emotions?

I've never understood the whole dropping $3,000 on wheels thing... :/

Or bags that are $4,500.

Seems like a waste to me. But I ain't a baller so...

Shiiiit, I'm not buying a brand new set of wheels. I'm going used.... I'd pay for a nice set of Works for 1500ish. Then take that other $1500 and either put some into the house or put some in the savings account.

I nickel and dime as much as I can. I'm always searching for cheaper prices.

Neither am I.

I'm like JDMJON

No I agree. I got my 8.5 aspecs off a guy that works in my building. He had them on his 2004 TSX. They were completely trashed and I got them for a steal. Repaired, powdered, new tires and away I went.

But I used to know people that would order their Works or Rays or whatever from Japan. Pay $3,500 and wait 6 months. Seemed crazy to me! If you're rocking a nice car, like $40k+, then by all means put $5000 into the wheels. But on our cars, where the majority aren't worth more than say $15k, it doesn't make any sense to me.

Did you buy your SC used or new? I assume the former.

If I ever get my ass into a S5...I'll probably put some money into the wheels.

BTW funny I said all that shit about cars last week. My buddy texted me Saturday night about that turboed Prelude.

He just did all the maintenance. Need rotors, pads, new brake fluid. He's having a new clutch put in this weekend. Anyway, I thought the timing was funny.

I wish you could link facebook videos. Because he recorded the first start up and it sounded like complete dog shit for 20 minutes. Lol

Purchased new but from a member who never opened it. It was cheaper in price.

My works, I purchased used.

Ninja should spend money on building a garage, rather than fixing a 20+ year old car

But I lawled because you addressed that confusion, even if inadvertently.

That's what that was.

not me, but I do remember when I first got out of school and started my first career job, I was like "sweet! Three weeks of time off! What will I ever do with my 21 entire days?!"

Only to have everyone look at me with the "Dafuq?" Look. I was quickly corrected and thought someone was fucking with me. Nope. Society just bitch slapped me back to reality.

I would agree but, and likely with that car, if he's boosted putting down like 500+ I actually don't mind that F&F color scheme. Know what I mean? Especially with a car like a Z.

However with that pic I just liked the light wheel color match.

It would flow nicely since it represents my country man flag. I'd have to hear people say "Omg... so Greek".
