That's cute....

Not washing your cars in winter and having dedicated cars during the winter months.

The soap at the wand wash I go to is ok. I doubt its anything high quality, but It's never stripped my wax/sealant off. Palmolive on the other hand... dish soap was made to strip the paint bare!

Winters are brutal though. I know a few guys who don't wash their cars at all during the winter. Their thought is water causes rust. No water. No rust. I couldn't do it though. I let my car get filthy as fuck, but I do wash it about once a month in the winter

what a piece of shit
Yeah, that's fallen pretty far back on the burner. I'm still patiently waiting for the right parts to pop up to play around with. I'm fairly certain I know how to get it working but I need the bits to play with. My natural cheapness is at odds with actually buying the parts though. Some day.

Oh, but one "gee whiz, neat" feature if you 3G TL guys don't know already - the window master control switches from the 2G TSX is the same as the 3G TL. In case you ever need a new set; that opens up the parts search a little bit. Just need to swap out the plastic bezel that mounts to the door panel.

Were you thinking you could just relocate the top two "auto" switches to the back two and get it to work?

I think you were on to something regarding the in-line capacitors. I mean from a logical perspective, the first hold down would energize the cap and the continuing flow would be powered by the cap after you let go?

or i may just be

I hoped it would be that easy, yes. I expected there to be switch modules plugged into a main board or something (I think my 240sx was like that).

I'm not sure about the capacitor theory anymore. Something about auto-up or down when the window is in a midway position. There might be limit switches or timers, or some sort of position sensor somewhere.

I'm pissed that California doesn't get this cum that you speak of.

All we get is beautiful beaches and girls with fake boobs.

Not the cum on the ground that's closing things, it's the cum in the air...blizzard, whiteout, 60 mph winds...

Bought it in December Flippy, we really like it. Had a 2013 CR-V prior...like the CX-5 better. Had a bimmer X1 as a loaner...like the Mazda better than that too.

You're the second person I know who's bought a CX-5. My friend absolutely loves his. Maybe Mazda is on to something here. Hmmm....

Went on a seven mile hike, then picked up my aunt and cousin for lunch. Had carne asada fries

My aunt said my uncle turned in his '13 535i M-Sport and special ordered a '16 Q7 Prestige, so now they're all a VAG family. I'm curious to see it in person once he gets it.

Now my CD player isn't even a source/input option when scrolling. It's just gone.

Junk it and buy a new car?

My CD player once quit for 7 months. No rhyme or reason other than not liking some random ben harper burnt disc my dad gave me. Then, it just turned back on! WTF...

Kept XM after that...and I don't like any of the isimpleton add ons cause they caused a weird buggy delay in the radio too.
