Yes, obviously alcohol has calories
but the clear ones mixed with NOT sugar packed juices and soda is the least offender if you're gonna drink. I put my calories in my app no matter, including the drinks.
Not drinking would net me faster results but I'd also have to be sober all the time and who wants to be fit AND sober? Not I.

I did already. Paramedics checked me out. As did my friend who was driving and eventually his wife. They're both nurses. I'm fine. Neck is sore and my upper back is too. Other than that I feel fine. A family doctor wouldn't check much either.

I'm sorry. I recommend you go see a counselor. Again, nobody that Johnny refers you to because it may just put you in the same situation.

Hypothetically speaking, if a guy had a couple gallons of *really* old gasoline that needs to be disposed of but is too old and bad to just get mixed in with fresh gas in a car tank, how do you think he could do it? Assume the county he lives in doesn't accept petroleum wastes anymore (jerks) and burning it in a large shallow container in the back yard created a *little bit* more black smoke than he was expecting.
Just letting it sit to evaporate makes the yard stink so that's not real high on the list.
Any genius thoughts? Because, um, my friend was asking.
