Currently counting down to 4:30... but hooray, I get to pick up TL parts from my friend tomorrow night. I'm hoping the steering wheel comes apart easily enough, I've pulled them before but never to replace bulbs.

Anyone doing Movember or a variant thereof?

Nope, they're not. Well, it depends which ones you're replacing. If it's the volume/cruise control ones, all you need is a decently long philips screw driver and pull two screws from behind the steering wheel, on each side. They hold those silver plastic covers in place. I believe on the left side, there are a couple bulbs accessible from behind the airbag. To get it out, you'll need a torx T30 bit, and access it from either side of the steering wheel (you can't miss the big opening on either side). that will release the whole airbag thingy (including the cover), allowing full access.

I replaced a couple of my bulbs on the weekend. Pretty easy to do. I didn't have to touch the Bluetooth ones, so dont quote me on those, but I assume they can be replaced as well.

I kid, I kid. I'm not going to start the stupid grammar war. This is a forum after all... Not a convergence of world geniuses. Not that you all aren't world geniuses. It's just... Ah, forget it.
The grammar I used is accurate.

I'm doing volume/cruise. Should have bought the Bluetooth bulbs but I didn't notice until last Sunday that 2 of the 3 buttons were burnt out (sigh). Guess I'll deal with those later.

Also have to do the heated seat switches, which appear to just pop out.

I did mine also. I wasn't sure if the switches pop out or not and I didn't want to risk breaking anything, so I took off the vertical trim pieces (about 10 clips holding each one in place), unscrewed about another 10 screws (couple inside the arm rest base too), and slid the entire arm rest housing backwards to access the switches.

Excessive? Maybe. But I was also curious to see what everything looked like behind the center column

They do, don't be a tool like me though, I almost destroyed my switch trying to figure out how to get at the bulb. IIRC you pull back this tape to reveal the bulb.

hahaha, did you try prying it open? Not sure why Honda puts those stickers on. Is it supposed to act as a moisture barrier? Seems kind of pointless, but I reapplied mine, because, oem slore.

I'm excited...it's almost Friday.
I am such a dork, I'm happy to go home and take this pump apart and see if the impeller/shaft are frozen or if I need to order a capacitor for it. I love that after all these projects I know a little bit about every part of owning and fixing up a house myself.

Haaaah. Sounds like how I'd try it. Noted re: sticker to remove.

If anyone is curious, Starbucks has their "winter" lattes out now. Just went with my two coworkers. Feeling super #basic today, but damn if this gingerbread one isn't like drinking a cookie.
