All jokes aside though- my wifey pisses me off these days- she's a fitness fanatic, working out twice a day, pretty much everyday. Cardio at lunch, weight training in the evening. It's really starting to make me look bad and like a damn porker. I never thought i'd like abs on a girl, but paired with a rock hard ass, I'm definitely not complaining

Haha, yeah you got a point there. It's just that I thought she always looked good. She's always been tiny- now she's tinier and fit. It really cuts into my getting back massages and nookie time

For biceps? Nothing to boast about...45lbs per arm for max weight...probably 3 reps with that.
Bench-press is 175lbs for max weight. Again, 3-4 max...I only cycle to max-weight every couple of weeks...preferring to to stick to around 145 and repping until failure followed immediately with push-ups and doing that until failure...repeat.
Biceps, arms, shoulders, etc. is the same approach...lower weight with high-reps until fail.

Yeah, my diet is pretty lean...per my lunches daily of raw veggies, egg, fruit, yogurt, and almonds.
But, I can probably out-eat all of you in here at a buffet.
