Just kidding...
unless he's one of those know it alls that isn't open to advice. In which case, you should tell him that 1000 miles after his low oil and check engine light come on, to be on the lookout for a replace engine light to turn on.

Lot's of truth here. Definitely need to refuel with carbs after a lift. In the morning, your muscles aren't fatigued though so the carbs don't do anything in terms of muscle replenishment. They give you a great energy boost though. I hit a protein shake right when I wake up to get the protein synthesis going immediately, and then have my normal breakfast about 30 minutes later when I get to work, which consists of clean carbs and some kind of leanish protein. Gotta stay anabolic, yo. Fuck the junk food.
Some truth here, but that's not always true. Calories = energy. Carbs are a type of macro nutrient which contains some # of calories per gram, but you also get energy from fats and proteins. Whether or not you lose muscle mass or body fat when at a caloric deficit (not enough energy) depends on your diet. Caloric cycling seems to be the best way to maintain/gain mass when at a caloric surplus, and lose fat when at a caloric deficit. Check this out:

Amen, brother. The bottom line is that if you're happy with your results and the lifestyle is sustainable for you then that's the perfect place to be. Everyone I know that has tried something crazy like that always ends up quitting because it's too much to keep track of. I started with bullshitting around with basic lifts and not eating junk food earlier this year. Now I'm starting to get way more into the science so that I can set specific fitness goals and work towards them.

Maj, the problem is that if you're the only one that realizes it's stupid and the dumb-dumbs team up on you, then you're the one who end up jumping because you've lost hope for humanity.

House mods are great, man. Thanks for asking.
Lately, wired up the fan for the garage to a switch, installed a new kitchen sink, installed some laser car parking things to tell you when to stop...still have a ton of things, finally received the 2 professional epoxy kits for the garage...that's gonna be awesome.
I'm beat!
AND losing weight!

That's when you call in your army.. John Smith goes in and fucks their mom, then sticks his finger in their mouth. You like the taste of your mom's butthole. More where that came from. Here try this finger, yeah that's your father. I drank his tears.. now go hang yourself.

I have new inner and outer axle seals going in, but I heard the oem seals aren't the best. Anyone know otherwise?

Ask Andy, I want to say that with his extra power he's revisited beefing up the axles. Moog? My OEM's have held up just fine, even being at such a low angle for so long.
I vaguely recall the cost of the oem's being around $150 at cost...maybe contact Ack05TL Bruce to see if he can hook up the employee price?

I have the driveshafts.. I'm talking about the halfshaft and bearing assembly. I might have cracked the shaft and warped the bearing. I have new driveshafts going in because fuck it. I'm removing them anyways, might as well. They have served me well without failure.

Oh, good call...
Well, I still think Andy and Bruce would be good lifeline's.
Now would be a great time to convert to RWD it seems...

Most auto warehouses don't sell the half-shaft assembly.
Acuraoemparts is actually $215+s/h. I guess that's not so bad. I'm just cheap. I got GSP axles going in.. $100 for both.
They have served me well on the X. Anyone mess with the axle seal? I read some accounts of them leaking after. I'm thinking they packed it with too much grease or didn't set it right during install. Hoping to avoid all related headaches.

sounds like you got a handle on it...
packing too much grease on the seal causing premature failure?

I read some guy had an issue with a leaky seal.. took it in to get the seals replaced, after they were replaced, the leak remained. I'm thinking poor seal job. Possibly packing too much grease and not getting a good seal or pushing seal in past the case causing it to distort and leak. We'll see.

Hey Frantz.. what do you think is the right strategy in terms of looming interest rates coming back up. I hear chatter that the market is going to self-correct in a big way. I'm thinking of buying commodities or saving cash to capitalize on the crash. Heck.. might just buy ammo, water filters, PPEs and MREs.
