Damn.. I wish you could have heard them up close WD. They were indeed fantastic. Crossing a pedestrian bridge right above them as they passed was intoxicating. Fuck fantastic.. a memory preserved right up there with your first born and seeing a shuttle take off up close.

Everything about not spoiling Little Cha went out the window already. And now, he has had these health challenges to trump over any argument I may have.
Darn them for being so damn cute!

I am with ya brother....
I am really hoping lil' Cha gets better soon and all the health concerns stay away from him...
we almost had a scare yesterday...Sid was on my shoulder and the wifey was going to take care of him so when she went to take him off my shoulder....he jumped towards mom and almost slipped....i caught him just a foot off the ground...that would have been a nasty fall....
my aunt was telling me, you gonna drop the kid atleast once before he hits 6 months...
we are 10 days away from winning a big bet

I'm not old and my back hurts.
But yeah I remember carrying my niece around from time to time. They increase in mass the longer you hold them, I swear.

Homeboy posted a pic holding his 6 year old son in one arm and 4 year old girl in the carrier on his chest.
His caption, probably only able to carry them for a few more years. He's not buff.. just a dense chinky like Yummy.

haha yeah...I switch him side to side every so many steps LOL...
we usually hook the car seat to the stroller but if we go to the temple or some place, its easier to just carry the baby seat in...

son of a bitch.
i was treating my dog wound, and it's healing VERY nicely.
Sunday was my first time back exercising.
yesterday, was the first time back in the gym after a 2 month break.
Was happy to learn that I did not gain weight at all. i lost 2lbs while being inactive treating the dog bite.
so, i got home and wanted to do some EXTRA cardio.
I fucking rolled my ankle last night.
doing EXTRA work that I DID NOT have to do.
pissed me off. now, i'm sitting here tending to my ankle...probably a week out....before i can start exercising again.

cardio is what will help me achieve my goals.
i can lift and gain muscle very easily, Jeremy has the same body type. we can eat and gain 5lbs just at dinner.
so, I'll just continue to watch what I eat. It's been working so far.

Sorry about the ankle. Maybe some exercises from your knees.
Make sure you ice the fuck out of it to minimize swelling, compress, heat, ice.. repeat. Usually the inflammation / swelling does more damage.
