2 confirmed dead, at least 23 injured but I expect that number to go up based on the # of ambulances I saw heading that direction.
The bomb squad also found 2 "secondary" devices and dismantled them before anything else happened.
Edit: Explosion also reported at the JFK library in Boston

^^^ the bomb squad found some undetonated devices (by the library)....so they "purposely" detonated them and they are trying to find a link (they are trying to see if this is a series/chain of explosions triggered by the last one exploding)....

Update: The situation at JFK library has been reported as unrelated. Now they're focused on the 2 explosions, the 2 devices that did not explode but were found by the bomb squad, and searching along the marathon route for anything suspicious.
