No. Bodybuilding from skinny 130lbs to fit 165lbs in 2 years (100% natural before anyone asks) needs a lot of proper research and learning on the subject. Learned a lot from a professional bodybuilder who I bonded with and one of my good friends girlfriend is a physical therapist.

I am sadly nothing but an underpaid IT field guy.

Absolutely not. I do however have a thin build, which you could gather from my earlier 130lbs.

I'm 5.8" too and could bench or squat your lovely big butt for 3 sets.
