dey crazy, these two...first time I took them BOTH out on the new kayak...and after a 2.5 mile jog, no less...they loved it! Didn't even knock over my purple drink or make me drop my camera!

Most people I talk to who contracted it took 5 days off.. just to semi-recover. A cross business group of ours got hit hard. I saw emails from 70% of the team saying they got it on the same day.

yea i ended up going to work today... stupid work policy that i must have a doctors note if i take off longer than 3 days...

wtf is this.... high school?

most unproductive and miserable day ever.

and it didnt help that there were black lives matter protests going on in the city and trains during rush hour.

As always, hydrate + rest. I usually recover much faster and feel way better when I drink to capacity.
