Thanks Maj, I totally understand. I'm not fully bought in yet either but I definitely needed to GTFO of my current gig. It was toxic to my professional growth so I took what I could get. At first glance, it looks like a place I can grow pretty quickly and learn A LOT with a very generous bonus structure. But I'll see what the cons are and if the cons start outweighing the pros, I'll be looking at the next gig shortly thereafter.

It's just some shops try to trim costs here and there and become petty
Then the interoffice relationships get really fucking weird, it's polarizing to say the least
Even if boss mon is cool, the comptroller / CFO, and directors can make it fucked
If you can grow there, that's what it's all about.
I'm not sure how it works in your field exactly, but if they pay for you advancement in your field, go for it.
Even if it's not ideal, that'll get you to the next level mang.. $$$$

Things are progressing. So far, so good. There were a few things I thought were going to be deal breakers (she's religious, I'm not, for example), but she seemed cool with all of it. I love hanging with family and getting a bit tipsy. Always some good laughs and nice to catch up. Don't get to lit, J. Get that girl home safe!!
