i am on 5 weeks and still in a loaner car for my infotainment issues. I advised my service adviser to keep the car at least through today..monday the 10th to perform adequate testing of the new screen they installed in my car to make sure that fixes the problem which again was intermittent but consistent powering on and off of the infotainment screen. Honestly I had the car for three days before it went to the shop with 800 miles on it...and i have not driven it since, so not even sure if other issues exist with the car....but I feel your pain and disappointment. I have been a customer of acura's for over 20 years....and I have never had an issue with their vehicles until this one.

I would have them keep it AFTER they perform the infotainment OTA that is scheduled to be released around 12/12. The release is supposed o "fix" a bunch of issue that people have been complaining about. May not be 100% but should get us all closer to a more stable and useful system.

Why have you not started Lemon Law procedures?
