Forward and back buttons next to volume knob stopped working. Tried shutting off. Anyone know of a fix? Also my presets keep deleting or duplicating. When I delete the duplicates both erase. I try to resave the stations but it will only add 2 or 3 presets to the page, not 4 like it should be. Happened several times.

 

There is an OTA coming out today that addresses several issues related to the Infotainment system...hopefully, so I would wait on that as it relates to your radio issue. As far as buttons no longer working on your steering wheel...that's why you have a warranty...go to the dealer.
