Speakers click and pop

I took my car in for service and of course they couldn’t duplicate the problem with my car it happens on the right headrest speaker and the center speaker, when I go for my next service I’ll bring it up again

I wish there was a way to get an audio file created that checks each speaker

you can actually, hold down the 3 buttons on the touch pad until the diag screen comes up, go into the option that lets you look at each system separately, then there should be an audio section and it lets you test each speaker with a tone

Speaker popping
I recorded video on multiple occasions. Dealer replaced the amplifier and audio unit. Worked for a couple of months it's back as of yesterday. Bring it back in. It's a know issue. They have no real understanding.

that’s frustrating, it could be the module that does noise cancelling and pumps in engine noise, you can temporarily unplug it and see if it goes away, it’s to the right of your feet when in the drivers seat, the panel easily pops off and it easy disconnects

Mine has a weird crackling type noise when I use multiple carplay apps i.e. google maps to navigate and podcast app playing. When the navigation comes on it crackles a bit. I also notice it crackles a bit if you switch between apps. It is annoying to say the least.

4th time back to the dealership
I’ve been to the dealership 4 times now and they don’t know what the issue is. They replaced the top right speaker as well as the center speaker and it works for a few days and the crackling static sounds comes back again. It’s weird because all the other speakers on my 19 rdx aspec are perfect just not these two.I’m going back to the dealership tomorrow did anyone have any luck figuring out what’s going on?

I can't find the thread, but I recall seeing a post where an actual Acura technical noticr shows to check two wires behind the headunit. If the cables are loose or not plugged in all the way, it will result in random pops and clicks. I wish I could find it, it sounds like it could be a solution for you ... hopefully.

I have the same issue on my Advance. “Crackling” noise is the best way to describe it. Intermittent but annoying. It often occurs on acceleration so I wonder if it has something to do with the ANC module. i’ll have Acura check it out when I’m in for my first service.
