As title states. I'm looking to buy by the end of October. I want navi. How much am I looking at out the door? Also what changes are in the mid model change? Is it really worth it? Thanks guys

 

If you do a search, you'll pull up many threads on the 2011 and what to expect.

Since you stated you want navi, I'd wait for the 2011. Supposed to go from DVD to HDD nav. Of course, if price is sensitive for you, the 2010s will be cheaper when the 2011s arrive. But you should look for those threads describing the changes, or you can go to Acura's news site and read the PR on the 2011 (www.acuranews.com).

I read the rumors and what's confirmed is the rear hvac vents, hdd navi, and vga screen. There's nothing else rumored for the exterior though? I'm guessing new wheels and new front bumper?

 

new wheels, new bumper, revised grille,and revised tail lights (probably led?)

When is 2011 coming out?

 

The wood grain update for the US is the same one used in EDM now. The rear vents are also available in other markets. The new front end revisions can be seen on the pictures of the US bound wagon version. Grille will be more tapered off at the top...a slightly cleaner look. Probably a little tweaking to the foglight assembly, methinks.

Simple, gimmicky MMC stuff. Shouldn't turn you away from '09-'10 TSX's...the changes are negligible, imo.

There are your front end changes. Fog light assembly looks weird. Grille looks more subtle. They trimmed off some of the edges while keeping the beak.

 

im not feeling the fogs, why dont they keep the part around it black? the silver now looks a bit awkward.

also, dindt they say theres changes to the wheels?

 

i am def not feelin the front end changes. doesn't look as sleek. and it looks like they're obsessing over silver accents. doesn't make it an accent when its used everywhere

 

I still like my 2010 front end. The fog light assembly matches my CBP paint.

 

Yeah. Something simple and inexpensive to Honda. Probably make the V6 rims standard on i4 models and give the V6 some new 85lb creation from Enkei.

I would wait to see what the new 2011 is like first, because if you don't like the 2011 the dealers might still have some 2010s left so you can decide between the two. But if you get it now you don't get the opinion of deciding between two cars. I say wait so you can get one extra opinion, so you can decide between two cars. If 2011 is good, buy that, but if the 2011 isn't your suit then go for the 2010. ^_^

 

I agree with everyone. Wait and see. The 2011 TL are out. Hopefully the TSX comes out this month.

 

I too would wait, if you have waited this long what's a few more weeks right? There will still be 2010 models at dealerships plus the longer you wait the more incentives they will have to move prior year models.

Also, as a previous poster mentioned I am not feeling the foglight assembly at all!!! Hopefully that's just for the wagon...
