rattle in door when window is down

rattle in door when window is down

'05 RL
When my drivers window is down and I close the door there is a horrible rattle inside the door. Doesn't occur when window is up. Anybody else have this or am I just lucky to have a few screws loose?

Based on my previous honda's it sounds like the window regulator.
Is the window loose or coming up at an angle instead of flat?

Seems straight when coming up.
Is the door panel a bitch to get off? Will I be breaking clips or is it mostly screws?
