Call History Import Error - Is IOS13 to blame?

Whether my iPhone X is connecting via Bluetooth or USB to my 2017 RDX Advance, I'm now barraged by "Cannot Import Call History" error messages that must be cleared from the car's display. I suspect this all started to show up once the setup of my Apple Watch 5 required me to update my iPhone to IOS 13. Anyone having similar issues?

I'm having the same exact problem with my 2014 MDX & iPhone X, started after updating to iOS13, very annoying. I'm going to try deleting my phone from the car & adding it again, hopefully that works. I know iOS13 has new protections for bluetooth devices accessing the phone, I suspect that might be the cause.

I am now in the same boat: my phone upgraded itself to iOS-13 and now it won't bluetooth pair with my 2017 Acura RDX. Has anyone been successful at resolving this?

I am experiencing the same issue on my 2013 RDX since updating to iOS13 on my iPhone. I can receive calls from my RDX but unable to get to my contacts or call history in order to dial out from the car. I mutst dial from my phone which then connects to the car speaker.

The latest iOS release (13.3) seems to have corrected the issue with my iPhone 7 connecting to my 2017 RDX via Bluetooth. The Handsfree calling is restored after deleting my iPhone from the RDX's device list and then reconnecting it.
