Tranny shifting hard

Hey guys, I just did a 2x2 tranny fluid change and small outside filter change on my 01 3.2 CL; but my tranny still changes gears a little rough but shifts fine. Tranny shifts really hard on elevated drive ways. any ideas on what it could be?
I did not do a 3x3 chage i did the 2x2 and filter

umm the reason we call it a 3x3 is because we change out 3 quarts of fluid each time for 3 times.

The way your saying is that you drained out 3 quarts of fluid but put only 2 quarts in twice so that means your 2 quarts low? Im just hoping you did 2 correct drain and refills instead of 3 but correct be if im wrong.

Kinda sounds like it could be a motor mount?

Obviously first inclination is it's the tranny.
I've had hard shiffts and it turned out the throttle position sensor (located in throttle body) was bad.

Honestly, your best bet is to wait until your throw a check engine light (CEL) then get the code red and report back to us.

My CEL came on, it came up p0108 which was the map sensor high air input it said. So i replaced the sensor and cleaned my TB while i had it out and the shifting is better but its still there.

Based on your last response I'm going to reiterate that I think the throttle position sensor is either bad or somehow got knocked out of adjustment.

You can use a multimeter and read the voltage direct from the TPS or you can hook up a scanner and read it that way.
