You almost lost me, but I'm back !!!
As some of you may know, I have recently gone through the unpleasant experience of having to refuse delivery of my 2003 CL-S due to a multitude of scratches & chips on the body.
I have looked around at other CL-S, BMW 325ci, G35/250Z, etc. I was dead set on getting a nice black 2002 BMW 325ci in the US and importing it here into Canada, until I found out that since their final assembly is in Munich, Germany, I must pay 6.1% upon importing, in addition to the 15% PST/GST Canadian taxes. So then the Bimmer was a no go, and the G35 & 350Z's were too expensive.
Anyways, all that to say, that as I write this, my father is putting a downpayment for me on the below pictured 03 CL-S 6spd (w/o NAV) that only has 18K miles on the clock! I will be flying down in a week and half to pick up the car, and then will be driving it over to Canada!
If any of you have any questions about importing from US to CAN, drop me a line because I'm becoming quite the expert in these procedures!
I'm not sure that the color is called, and sort of wish that it was black because that's as classy as they get, but I'm loving this blue! Looks like the EBP (Electron Blue Pearl?) that was available on 99-00 Civic's, but perhaps a shade darker!
Anyway, here's the pic:

Now tell me which drugstore sells Patience™ pills?

Where do you find these numbers? you wouldn't happen to know how many black 01 cl-s's were made would you?

Congratulations....again. Good find. Aegean Blue is kinda rare to see on CL's esp. 03's so unless it's a freaky coincidence you won't see many others in your area, if any. Wait till it's freshly washed and under bright lights
(like at the gas station). That blue just pops out. You're gonna like it.

Thanks for the kind words, I do consider myself lucky to have found this one, it's quite a gem.
Though it was tough searching by internet only from Canada! Now I have to go through the complicated process of importing the vehicle.
I also have to install daytime running lights before I can register the vehicle here in Canada, quoted today at 120$ + 4hrs of labor by a local Acura dealer. Riiiight.

A very dedicated member HohLake figured out the production numbers for the 6 speeds by analyzing VIN numbers. Do a search for 'production numbers.
or click this link
6 SPEED Production Numbers
POST # 34 on that page seems to be the final counts.
POST #35 shows your batch using your VIN #, pretty cool.
