I would think the drivers side inner fender to access.
But I don't remeber.
That was my first mod ever.

can anyone tell me how does it look like or what to look for? I asume it should be between the filter box and the throttle body. Is it before the filter box? where air is actually comming in? sorry if my question is too stupid, have not taken those apart (have only opened box to replace filter): don't want to start disassembling randomly. Thanks for the help!

Great! I thought it was something completelly different. One more question, I have to drive through floods once in a while... removing the resonator will increase the chances of water getting through intake?? (I do not drive through floods by choice)

You should be fine going through anything less than at least 2-2 1/2 feet deep. I just did mine last week. A little tip: you will need to remove the clips and fender liner in the wheel well on the driver side to get the last bolt. GL
