its just a piece of aluminum. surprised that the mounts are still good. so im gonna make a bar at work out of steel. ill see what i have to work with. doesnt look hard. gonna be solid bar instead of this hollow bar

Did it bend any structural parts?

I dont know if I would make one out of steel. If you hit something else, Id want the bar to give way before my suspension/chassis.

Wow you just can't get a break. Did you get the license number of the truck? The company should pay for your damage.

Its a rough ride. U feel the white lines at cross walks. I already made anothwr bar at work. Thicker, wider, solid steel. Now if anything hits it ill need to make new mounting brackets.

the bar is in. but, the cusco mounts were a bit bent. made them as straight as possible but im still gonna make stronger mounts. and will add two bars, one on one side adn another on the other end of the bar going forward and bolting onto the front part of teh sub frame. that should make it nice and sturdy. then gonna look on how i can make a traction bar

how the car sits now

looks like its high off the ground bc im on a slope. only way to get a jack under my car with out using 2x4's

as dumb as this may sound, do you think that the underbrace may affect the aerodynamics at higher speeds?
