I was thinking about upgrade my pulley system any comment? I am also concern about the pros and cons of doing this... I have a 2001 cl-s. I was thinking about getting the AEM pulley system.

I suggest the UR Pulley's I use them only drawback is you can get a ticking noise from the crank pulley and a whinning noise from the power steering

Painting your stock pulleys > AEM

Get the UR set, or at least the crank pulley. Then you'll see some gains.

The AEM pulleys really do not give any gains. They are primarily for aesthetics. You can get the whole UR Underdrive pulley set, which is alternator, power steering, and crank, but most of the HP gain is in the crank so you could just get that if you don't want the others. Look here for more info: UR Pulleys
