should I be worried.....

I was drivin home from school today on the expressway and a buddy of mine in his Grand Am GT was tryin to keep up.....so it was still in 4th and I was up around 115 when It shifted into 5th because I was shutting down.....welll it was a LONG shift time(i let off the gas and the car slowed itself down and did not change gears for a few seconds and no i was not in the manual mode)....im at 82K miles and its the second tranny. Replaced about 20K ago. Also, I was pressin 130 in 4th and it just didnt seem to want to move any higher after 120...lack of top end power?? Anyone else havin that feeling of no go after 120??
