Q: about hr spacers

Which side of the spacer should be facing outward? the leveled side of the spacer? or the side that isn't levled (the part where the spacer is thinner towards the center)? Based on this site (http://www.ecstuning.com/HR/support/5mm_issues.html), it seems that the perfectly flat side should be facing towards the outside (facing outwards). SO i was wondering how did you guys install your spacers.

One more, i was wondering when you put the spacers on the hub of the bbk rotor, is it supposed to fully covered the hub of the rotors from the bbk (meaning the same size as the hub of the rotor of the bbk)? or is it suppose to expose some of the rotor's hub (not a perfect fit)? Thanks in advance

Yes, got my front wheels balanced at sears b/c of the vibration at 55+ and they only balanced the inside of the tire and not the outside. Brought it to a real tire shop and they balanced inside and out and it is smoooooth now.
