Not off hand. You can use the two bolts that hold the stock IMRC motor to the rear valve cover if you want, they're just not as pretty.

shit i think i got the wrong intake manifold the tb adapter isnt lining up
and i measured the opening for the tb its about 68mm
and from what i read before i thought the 09 3.7l tl had 80mm opening
i ordered part number 17160-rk2-a00... can someone tell me is this really the part number for the 3.7.

damn i dont know what im going to do if this is the wrong one they said no refunds for this special order part

isnt there 2 different manifolds? 1 for the 3.5L and 1 for the 3.7L
i called acura and they said 17160-rk1-a00 is the 3.5L
and 17160-rk2-a00 is the one i bought which is for 3.7L... but for some reason when i opened the box and look at the manifold there is a marking on it that says RK1

ill post a pic and show what im talking about

damn it i had to return it it turned out to be the one for the 3.5L base tl they took it back seems they made a mistake.. it was already a previous returned part
accidentally packed it in the wrong box.
but now the sad thing is the 3.7L manifold is on backorder until end of june..
and that goes for canada and u.s cause i called acura in lynnwood washington they said its back order also june
so im stuck with stock manifold for now

oh you made it seem worse than it is. That manifold is a special order item so it will always take awhile to get it. The first one i received was damaged so i had to get a 2nd one sent out. Still havnt installed it yet.

Ya the diagram is removed, but here is the info:

The two holes towards the TB need bolts, two more than the stock manifold had. I'll get them next time I am at a dealer.

^dont think so because the throttle body adapter that makes the manifold work with our stock tb is only made for the tl-s tb
and from what i remember the tl-s throttle body and tl-p throttle body are different

The TBs are different but the bolt holes arent, so the the TL-P TB will work.

You can run this manifold as long as you get the top cover from a 2008 Accord 4 door V6, PN 17116-R70-A00

That one doesnt have the IMRC on it.

Im not sure if its even worth it though.

thanks guys for the response! the reason i was thinking about this was because i was thinking about replacing my tl-p IM with the tl-s IM..

what do you think is the best move then? just sticking with the tl-s IM or going the 09 TL IM route?

easy, look at MSD's ignition and then look for a module to activate a shift light, then you just hook the imrc up instead of the light, but then again there are tuning isues when it does activate though , so probably not completely worth it
