Any one ever noticed the height difference?

Ok, so check this out... My girl and I both have a CL-s. Her's is an '03 6mt and mine's a '01at. We both noticed that hers seems to sit a little higher than mine does. So, me being me, I grab the tape and measure. Yep! It is! The front of her '03 sits about 1 1/4 inches higher than mine and the back sits 1 inch higher then mine. WTF? Does anyone know why? Oh, and by the way, we are both currently completely stock, no mods! We even have the same tire size although hers are brand new but I can't imagine new tires and partialy worn tires would make that much difference... Ok, so all this being said, who knows why there is this difference?

Our 6spds are about 50lbs lighter... (3446 vs. 3510) and the amount of gas can effect the overall weight...

Your car's springs are older, and probably have settled more over time...

Even tho' you have the same size tire, unless they are from the same manufacture/model, there will be some variation in actual size...

Unless both cars are sitting on a completely level surface, your measurements will also be skewed by any slight inclines in the payment.

Lots of reasons to explain it...

You sure your car is still riding on stock springs ??

I'd always heard the 6MT setup was lighter in the front. Wheel gap on mine was enormous before I did a CT drop. Birds were flying out of that thing!
and older springs definitely settle.

Yeah, mine is deffinately on stock springs still. Her tires do look bigger than mine but side by side, they are the same. Weird!

I'd agree with the age thing too. Shocks are probably a little saggy like a fat lady's under arm. sorry had to throw that graphic in.

Yes, I notice mine is lower than the cars. I think we got the Accord V6 springs and is sagging on us. Accord is 200lbs lighter I think. Comptech might have re-designed another spring specifically for our heavier car.

I had an '01 A/T and now have an '03 6speed. I have also noticed the difference. Serious 4x4 action on my '03.
