Two Wire harnesses on the back of HU?

I just put in a new stereo in my TL, when I took out the factor HU it had two plugs. Assuming one was for the 4 speakers and the other for the tweaters. I checked all around and I can't anything for the tweater harness. I was just wondering if anyone was able to find a harness for them or just cut it and wired them into the front speakers? Any input would be great. And maybe it's for something else but then I need to check my connection because my tweaters aren't working.

The second harness is actually for the two midrange speakers in the headliner.

Thanx. People can't seem to believe that those are mids and not tweets.

Those are mid-range? What size are they? Also, maybe you guys can help me here. Now that I have my new deck in, whenever heavy bass hits my lights fade. Not a whole lot but enough to make it annoying. I'm guessing it's because it's drawing too much power; what is the best way to fix this problem.

Do you have seperate amps hooked up in your system? I know this happened to me in my older car and i had to replace the Alternator, but you could really tell because when i gave it gas, the lights all got brighter. If its just during bass hits and the deck is the only thing that fades, thats normal...but you could always get a Feride Cap if you have an aftermarked amp powering your speakers or a sub or 2. That takes the drain off your system by building up a charge, and then when the bass hits (which draws the most power), the cap actually gives the power that it charged up instead of running totally off the battery/alternator.

The mids are a factory size and style. You can't find a match.
They are about 2-2.5 inches.
If you do a tweet you will destroy the sound of a good system.

As 4 the battery. Now that I have a awesome system I do notice the flickering @ strong bass
(when I have my bass level @ 13-15). I'm thinking about a drycell battery.
I normaly have my bass level@ 1-3.

I don't have an amp or a sub as of now. I just have an aftermarket deck wired to my stock speakers. It sounds great but whenever I have it cranked the stereo definitly fades and then depending on the bass hit the dash lights seem to fade. For some reason it seems to fade more when I have the accelerator pushed down; whenever I'm stopped my dash lights are fine. Weird!
