wa has Initiative I-175 that decriminilizes pot in the state. so unless your doing something else wrong all they can say is " HEY PUT THAT OUT" hahaha
most people dont know this but the citys of seattle, denver, and san francisco have decriminilized it.
but if the cop wants to be a dick he can, becasue state law overriddes it

massachusetts decriminalized it too, i think you need over an ounce to get charged for it. under that i think its just a fine, no criminal charges or anything.

NJ FTW. were so far ahead of the curve in the Northeast.
perth amboy was. south amboy and perth amboy are basically the same except south amboy is white trash and perth amboy is dominican and puerto rican trash. no offense.
i heard that. everyone will probaly have those fake medical marijuana cards like in so cal. i dont smoke so it really doesnt affect me. i just drink like a fish.
and i feel the reason Ocean County has NY influence is because alot of its citizens were originally from north jersey and NY. alot of my family moved to manahawkin and tuckerton.
theres still alot of philly influence there though. and they still got that south jersey accent.
little history lesson: in 1980 ocean county's vote prevented south jersey from becoming its own state. those fuckers watch NYC tv, listen to NY radio, cheer for NY sports teams, and suck NY's dick. as far as i'm concerned, ocean county shouldn't be included in the 609, or in south jersey. ocean county sucks.
when i was looking at colleges we stopped by monmouth and the beach there wasnt too bad. wasn't very big though, another reason why ocean county's beaches suck.

lol im just glad you admitted there is a SJ accent. alot of you guys down there wont admit it. yea i guess OC does suck, but a really nice beach they have is Island Beach State Park. go if you get a chance. if you go with a car full of people its only $10 on the weekdays and like $7 on the weekends. cant beat that and the beach is immaculate.

i guess a north jersey accent is similar to new york. one of the guys who live across from me is from budd lake and he sounds like hes from closer to philly.

yea but those two dudes in the picture should be dead thank God for seat belts. im glad i decided not to go with them. if i was in the back seat i woulda been in bad shape too. i never wear my seatbelt in the back. regardless i woulda been covered in glass.

i dont think it would be able to prosper as a state. i mean the population isnt as big as up north, not as much jobs, no major industry, other than farming, no major seaports or airports. the only thing you guys have that thrives is AC and other shore communities. it would never happen, but halves of the state need each other.

i think the main reason why we wanted to secede was because we were pissed off with trenton. a majority of trenton's decisions concern issues in north jersey, with little regard to the other half of the state.
as far as south jersey ever becoming its own state, i agree it probably won't happen.

all i have to say is im glad i live on da west coast.... i dont smoke but if u live it washington maryj is legal for medical and in oregon u can apply for a card if u have a health "issue" and grow up to 5 pounds and smokke in public if u have ur card
