Changed DRL’s

I know some may have done this but I changed out
my DRL to white LED’s. First attempt they were too super bright and blinded drivers and gave me a DRL Error. Then I bought a plug n play with bulbs eBay kit and installed it and no errors plus the perfect white DRL And I like better than the pale DRL factory look but understand if most still prefer that.
Personally the whiter look makes it have a newer look.

What do you think ?

I been thinking about doing the change to LED for the DRL if and when the bulbs go out. They look nice however I don’t want to blind other drivers.

Well first time I just grabbed some bulbs off eBay and they were too bright but what I have now for $18 are perfect !!
you can look directly into and not blinding at all and looks like the car should have came like that.

Am I missing something? I could see the logic if maybe your bulb(s) were burnt out, and you were planning to keep the car forever and had to go to the trouble to change them anyway, but (unlike actual headlights where nighttime visibility is an issue) otherwise what is the point of upgrading the daytime running lights?

I prefer the white DRL over the factory color bulbs.
Last year I changed out the fog and headlight bulbs too.
I also added stainless steel pedals with the black marks on them like my running boards and changed shifter knob to the factory wood so yes I did things to it when I didn’t have too but it’s to my liking. It’s a preference but I like the white DRL better.

Did you notice any improved road night vision from the aftermarket headlight or fog bulbs?

Not really , I bet factory was brighter, but it’s bright enough.
My 2004 Acura TL! Now those factory headlights were crazy bright and I noticed those. Right when I bought it in 2004 and drove that night I was impressed. But for ZDX I changed out my bulbs on ZDX because the white very slightly blue bulbs just looks great. Speaking of bulbs I kinda like the Newer Mazda headlight bulbs too.
