I have to tell you that I have never seen a better use for duct tape in my life.

 

Yeeeoowwww!!! That's gonna hurt when it comes off.

 

I tease my son all the time that Im going to put some on his back when hes sleeping to yank his hair off.....

The person in front of me at the checkout counter at the supermarket today definitely could've used some duct tape. Every time they'd bend over to get items from their cart to the conveyor belt......it wasn't a pretty site.

After about 40 min waiting in line your mind wanders , about 4 of us behind her were hypnotized lol

It seems like the lines are getting worse these days.

I only like to go to the grocery store after 10 pm now.

So much more peaceful then.

 

Seriously. Fortunately the supermarket I go to & walmart is open 24 hours over where I live. I've shopped at 1am one time before to get away from the hectic crowds, though it's a bit scarier since all the crazies are out. I like using the self-check outs if there is one since I notice most people either are too intimated by them or have 500 items in their cart.

 

^^ +1 I work nights, so 3am is the time to go, its also when they are putting out fresh produce

 

I hate those self checkout POS's.

Maybe I have bad luck but I always get stuck with a machine that has some glitch or "lookup" error.

Like it keeps barking at you to not remove anything from the baggage area...and you haven't touched shit!

Then it calls a supervisor to come over and check out what you are doing...takes like 10 minutes because they are helping everybody else clearing their error codes.

Everybody stares at you like..."What are you doing?" "Do you know how to do it?" "Damn...he's slow!"

What a beeeotch! Ha ha.

 

Haha, that happened to me the first time when I was at walmart and I got hella annoyed that I swore I would never use it again. After seeing all of the open main checkouts lines spilling and blocking out most of the walkway and being in a hurry one day, I caved and used it again. I've become a pro now, and even people behind me are hella surprised how fast I can do it, lol.

You are in Elk Grove and this forum is just for people in Sac-town and surrounding neighborhoods.

That way you can meet up with the local guys in your area to exchange ideas and what not.

I've gained a lot of friendships also from attending my local meets and hook-ups from friends who own shops too or know people.

I was just up there in Sac...the other weekend for their last meet.
